Jules Bianchi (A)—For Jules, photography isn’t just a career, it is a way of life. At a very young age she became aware of how fleeting life can be, and photography is her way of capturing life moments and, essentially, freezing time. She studied film at UCSB, which gave her photography a cinematic, storytelling style. After working in the film industry for seven years, she realized she needed to be doing more personal, gratifying work and decided to start her own wedding photography business. Catherine Hall (B)—Catherine Hall has been capturing expressive images of people through her camera since an early age. With Clients such as John Deere, News Corp, Reuters, and Goldman Sachs, Catherine Hall is one of the top professional photographers working today. Hall, studied photography at Oxford University and Cal Poly where she graduated summa cum laude and first in her class. Bronson Pate (A)—Bronson is a native San Diegan – at 26, he has spent his photography career working with high-school friend Jared Bauman of Bauman Photographers. Since 2002, Bronson has helped to develop and promote the Bauman Photographers brand with his background in graphic design and media. In 2006 he conceptualized and co-produced an educational DVD called “Shooting the Perfect Wedding”. In 2007, Bronson co-founded ShootDotEdit; a post-production house that takes replaces the “lab” by handling image processing from start to finish. He still lives in San Diego with his wife and college sweetheart Megan and they are expecting their first child this July! Weddings have taken Bronson to the Dominican Republic, Lake Tahoe, New Orleans and Mexico. He is also a part of the “Get Hitched Down Under” team that facilitates high-end destination wedding services in Australia.
