FSBTV021: Jeff and Julia Woods

April 1, 2009

Last September my wife and I were invited by Jeff and Julia Woods to help with their ONE Conference, a special conference designed for married couples in business together. In addition to shooting a short promo for the event, I naturally took the opportunity to shoot an ad hoc F-Stop Beyond: In Living Color episode. This one was done “on the fly.” So, we don’t have our traditional two camera set up. And it’s also more “home movie” like. But, the opportunity to interview two of the most successful portrait photographers in the industry (international speakers as well as Canon Explorer of Light and multi-award-winning photographers) was too good to pass up to worry about less than ideal production values. I am confident you’ll find their interview inspiring.

Thanks to Kenny Kim for manning the camera during the show intro.

We still have six more episodes of our interview with celebrity wedding photographer Mike Colón, so stay tuned to this blog for those.

Ron this is great!!! Thank you so much for everything that you do for us. You and Tasra are not only good people but great friends. I think this episode will show people that we are for sure less than perfect but we are happy being together and with our family. Which is our top priority.

    Jeff & Julie,
My wife and I run our business very similar to yours. We live in a small town in AZ.
    (Chino Valley AZ. population 9,710)
We home school our kids. When I watch this video it made me realize our common goal to raise our kids up to be set apart from the masses. We always get the comment why don’t you live in a bigger town. Then like you said julie once they get into our small town and experience the beauty and peacefulness they want to live here too. It was a great blessing to watch this video.
God bless you two, your children and your endeavors,
