TLD Recap and Episodes 5 and 6

January 26, 2009

We’re getting down to the wire. With only three weeks before WPPI, and six episodes left, we’re going to post two episodes a week! Can you even stand it?! This week we have:

  • Ep. 1-4 Recap: In case you’re just joining us, this post has a recap of the first 4 episodes. In 7.5 minutes we get you all caught up and ready to watch episodes 5 and 6.
  • Episode 5: it’s not common for reality TV producers to get involved with the goings-on of the contestants. But, the situation gets so bad in Team A’s board room, I’m called in to help mitigate. Will they finally decide on an idea? Meanwhile, Team B is getting all dressed up for their video.
  • Episode 6: don’t want to give this away. You’ll just have to watch episode 5, then move on to 6.

Every week we pick a name from those who left comments on a “Longest Day” episode to win a free Triple Scoop Music song (a $60 value). Now we’re picking TWO winners. This week’s winner are Ben Reugers from XSight Photography and Video (one of our friends down unda), and Anna Jarske all the way from Helsinki, Finland. Wow! Congrats Anna and Ben. So cool to we have fans around the world!

I’m so feeling for Team A…”Come on guys!”. If there is message that Team A want to have in their video it would have to be “Team Work”. Sorry…that may be a little harsh.

I now know which team I’m voting for…the team that is going to win is the team that is having the most fun and who are enjoying the experience…and the audience will enjoy watching it too…my vote is for TEAM B!!!!!!!!

or compromise… you cant over think this… this for fun!!! i have alway rooted for team B..mainly cause of JP.. he’s the man !! and the girls are so crazy !!! luv’em all

It’s so fun to finally see some actual footage being shot. Team B seems to be having the most fun and that’s what’s entertaining to watch. I don’t think I could have taken another moment of team A in the drawing room. Can’t wait to see the final products.

Best episodes yet, great work, Ron!!!

In the words of Mr. LL Cool J… “DON’T CALL IT A COMEBACK!”

    Team A ROCKS.

Well it’s about time that Team A got off their behinds and started shooting! 🙂 I think that Team B will win this though. It’s interesting to see a great bunch of creative minds work on something other than photography. Great job with this! Can’t wait for Episode 7.

  8. January 27, 2009 at 2:31 pm

Okay! Now I’m starting to get annoyed that the episodes are ending before being able to see the finished products! Can’t wait to see the results of their efforts. Even though Team B has a great head start, Team A could still work some good magic! Good luck to both. Simply having a finished show will be quite an achievement!

  9. January 27, 2009 at 4:24 pm

LOVING IT! So much better than soap operas! LOL. Could team A bring it???? 🙂

  10. January 27, 2009 at 6:12 pm

Its finally nice to see team ‘A’ get out of the boardroom and start producing.
Team ‘B’ is having a blast – and the little teaser about the food fight… I can’t wait to see that scene!! I thought Jessica Claire really was ripping out on someone LOL
These episodes are not coming quickly enough! Can’t wait for the rest 😀

  11. January 27, 2009 at 11:38 pm

LOVE IT! These are getting good!

  12. January 28, 2009 at 12:44 am

How funny, my tweet was on camera! And I know drama is good for reality programming, but I was so ready for Team A to get out of the board room!

  13. January 28, 2009 at 9:35 am

I have spent the last hour catching up. Very interesting. Wish there was more teamwork with Team A, but seems like they are pulling thru and gonna have a great video. Team B- you guys ROCK! Awesome that all of you took time out for great causes.

  15. January 29, 2009 at 10:37 am

Oh my gosh?! It’s so much fun to see photographers you look up to not teaching(even though we love that they teach us) and just being themselves… can’t wait to see the next episode!!

  16. January 31, 2009 at 4:34 pm

Watch out, Team B! Team A is out of the boardroom and they’re starting to pick up some steam!
